What NCAP Offers You

Quality

A focus on patients and a commitment to translating emerging anesthesia knowledge into daily practice.

We offer the opportunity to be involved at the forefront, along with our facility and surgeon partners, implementing best practices for patient safety and care.

Stability

You will find the opportunity to use your skills in a variety of health care settings and in a variety of case types.

NCAP utilizes a care team model, with physicians providing medical supervision in most of the facilities we serve.

Beyond your clinical skills, bring your leadership abilities, technical expertise and management talent to the group. We’ll offer you opportunities to develop and expand your skill set.

Colorado

It’s Colorado, need we say more. The opportunity to live and work in the Front Range, endless recreational opportunities, including proximity to the best skiing in the U.S., unique cultural offerings, employment opportunities for your spouse, great school systems for your children, some of the best craft brewers in the country, and 300 days of sunshine every year …. who could ask for more.

Areas We Serve

The anesthesia services we provide are organized in two geographic pods:  South (Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont) and North (Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley). NCAP’s providers work predominately in their “home pod” ensuring more consistent engagement with facilities and less time spent traveling.

North Pod – Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley, Colorado

In most positions, there is a requirement for a 30-minute response time and most providers who call the North Pod home live in and around Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Severance, Timnath and Greeley.

South Pod – Lafayette and Longmont, Colorado

In the South Pod, NCAP works primarily with Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont and Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette, as well as with Centennial Peaks Hospital in Louisville.
