Pod Descriptions

Anesthesia Service Area Locations

At NCAP, we organize our practice into regional “pods” — sub-regions within the areas we serve in Colorado and Wyoming — to enhance continuity of care, minimize commute time, and foster stronger relationships with our partner facilities. Currently, there are three pods: North, South, and Laramie. Providers typically work within their designated home pod, which supports consistent engagement, a better work-life balance, and exposure to a unique mix of facilities, scheduling opportunities, and case types/trauma/levels.
